Version: HOFF | MORE THAN DEVELOPING PLANNING BUILDING, Gronau
At the "Löwenkreisel" in Dortmund-Hohenbuschei, sophisticated urban architecture sets a striking example for charismatic, sustainably planned service buildings. Like the LEIon opposite, the modern, stylish building contour with its oval façade shape also contributes significantly to the light overall impression of the office and practice building in the LUXon.
Striking and light.
The glass façade with floor-to-ceiling windows and the bright atrium running across all floors ensure that plenty of daylight enters the building to the various users. The selected materials and colours enhance the desired natural appearance of the building, such as the base made of vertical masonry in a reddish-brown colour mixture. Irregularly arranged façade sections made of vertical wooden slats loosen up the transparent glass façade. The impression of the seemingly floating office floor, which continues to the outside, is further emphasised by evergreen planting. As part of their joint cross-border cooperation, HOFF commissioned the Dutch office MAS architectuur with the design for its project development.
DESIGN FREEDOM Inside, the flexible room concept offers a lot of creative freedom for individual or open-space offices, conference and exhibition rooms or practice rooms. Outdoor parking spaces directly next to the building, a contemporary indoor climate with cooling, a sustainable energy concept and the use of natural materials complete the portfolio.
FROM THE VERY BEGINNING... … a style-defining architectural language was developed for the entire project development around the "Löwenkreisel", always in conjunction with flexible spatial concepts.
