The project was created as a cooperation between the offices HGA Henning Grahn Architektur, Marc Flick - Architekt BDA & Christian Stock.
In the elongated residential building, a clear floor plan is planned. The spacious living area with large glazing merges with the garden, while small-scale ancillary rooms form a buffer zone to the neighbours. The asymmetrical position of the roof ridge clearly reflects this division. The roof covering and façade will be colour-coordinated in order to achieve a monolithic appearance that is as monolithic as possible. The heart of the new property is formed by three large oak trees.
