With the founding of the Ingenieurbüro Johann Hoff in 1964, the foundation stone of our work was laid. The prerequisite for a holistic conception of buildings is detailed planning. HOFF takes over all architectural and specialist planning services in general planning on request. Thanks to our decades of experience as general planners, we take into account all the facts regarding the customer's time, cost and quality specifications. For this purpose, all the basics are determined and then optimally prepared for the integral and thus holistically considered planning.
The continuation of optimal planning is the construction of the property. Turnkey construction at a fixed price and with a fixed handover date – we already determine the economic and time framework of a project for all parties involved with the offer. We thus provide our customers with the necessary planning and cost security. The construction commission of Industriebau HOFF und Partner GmbH can be carried out on a fee basis or on a lump sum. The construction contract model Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) can also be implemented thanks to our transparent way of working.
In addition, HOFF also takes over all coordination work in this area. Whether it's implementation and detailed planning, tenders and awarding of construction services, project management or the coordination of all companies involved in construction – all this is available from a single source. We also attach great importance to the cooperative partnership with our subcontractors. With their expertise, they often contribute significantly to the success of the projects as long-standing companions.
We develop our own or customer projects, create ideas for use for real estate and property owners or – if desired – generate capital. We provide suitable locations and projects for investors. And if a basic idea already exists, HOFF Projektentwicklung GmbH will turn it into a marketable concept.
