A campus is being built next to the clinic for the settlement of companies from the medical technology environment.
The rental space to be created should be inexpensive, as flexible as possible, and easy to convert. In the case of office use, the building is to be operated as a low-tech concept without the need for heating and cooling.
The design is designed for high payloads, large room heights with beam-free ceilings and simple basic equipment that can be expanded for many technical uses. High windows with baffle panes allow the use of daylight, natural ventilation and summer night cooling.
The building environment is characterised by the use of a regional, yellow-coloured brick. The direct reference for the choice of material is the "arcade hall" of the cemetery.
Just like the rental areas, the extended stairwell is generously naturally lit. The surfaces are as robust as they are simple, with exposed concrete and grey Jura marble on the floor.
