With its curved clinker architecture, the "Winkelhaus" creates a striking eye-catcher on the edge of Osnabrück's "Netter Heide" service park. The characteristic element of the office building is the tower-like rising spire to the south, which is given additional presence by its "shark fin windows".
Charismatic architecture
As part of a project development, HOFF invited to a competition for the preliminary design in order to erect an architecturally striking service building for the unusually cut building at the intersection of two streets. The Dutch architectural firm MAS architectuur convinced with its design, which is characterized above all by the dynamic design with the building spire twisted in different radii and cantilevered upwards in three steps.
