Optigrün LIGHTWEIGHT ROOF

Optigrün international AG

Description

The slender green roof structure for roofs with low static reserves (0-5°)

With the LIGHTWEIGHT ROOF green roof system, roofs can be greened whose statics only allow for a low additional load. Even when water-saturated, the LIGHTWEIGHT ROOF weighs only about 55 kg/m² and is therefore significantly lighter than an average gravel roof with a 5 cm structure. The slender green roof structure is ideal for renovating older roofs without static reserves and for large industrial roofs, for example.

More Over

The LIGHTWEIGHT ROOF system can basically be used on any flat roof with a fixed seal. The special feature is the specially developed lightweight substrate L in combination with our vegetation mat. Despite the thin-layer construction, our structure offers the plants a rootable, natural vegetation base layer.

The lightweight substrate L exceeds the requirements of the FLL green roof guidelines for extensive single-layer substrates.

The LEICHTDACH green roof system is suitable for 0–5° roofs and is drained via solid-state drainage (FKD). For buildings in Austria, a minimum gradient of 2% is required.
