The house, built in solid construction and faced with a red whitewashed brick, opens into the avenue space of Plusallee with two stair-shaped bay windows, which both mark the entrances and provide a view of the green street space via terraces and loggias. A ribbon-like ornament in the facing strengthens the horizontal alignment of the window bands of the street façade. On the garden side, the façade opens up to the private outdoor areas by means of floor-to-ceiling windows.
The apartments on the ground floors are barrier-free and the building complies with the KfW 70 energy efficiency class. The underground car park has 26 parking spaces.
