The property is located in the immediate vicinity of the Capuchin monastery in Münster. Three staggered, rowed and slightly intersected buildings pick up on the structure of the urban environment and merge the three buildings into one building – the covered outdoor spaces are cut out of this building volume. The elongated and staggered arrangement on the property parallel to the children's stream defines different outdoor areas with different characteristics.
