Since 2008 we have been running the office hehnpohl architektur bda at the old freight station in Münster. We see a special responsibility in architecture: responsibility for the interests of the clients and the necessities of the programme, responsibility towards future users, responsibility for the place and its history, as well as responsibility for dealing with our environment and our resources. We want to create homes of durability that can continue to exist in the future. This includes not only the sustainability of the materials, but especially the meaningfulness of our work. People are always our most important benchmark – also in design issues.
