The new building, a "pillar stable" with facades made of openwork masonry, complements the existing ensemble of farm buildings. A functional building with natural air conditioning. He translates the elementary cultivation and production methods of the winery into the choice of materials and spatial organization. The openwork masonry is a sun protection, light filter and heat buffer. The wall elements were manufactured as perforated wall panels made of clinker bricks with open wall joints by industrial robots.
