Parent company
The new residential development for Greven is to be built on the old property of the Fiege restaurant. In order to highlight the intersection of Grüner Weg and Hansaring at this point, a 4-storey building is being planned here, which adapts to the surroundings and the neighbouring buildings through its geometry and staggered height.
Semi-detached houses
The 4 planned semi-detached houses are based on the existing buildings at Kaup ́s Esch. The gabled houses are accessed from the north and have their main orientation to the south, where each house also has its own garden. With red clinker brick and dark roof tiles, the buildings blend in with the surroundings in terms of colour and form a harmonious ensemble with the existing buildings.
Outdoor installation
The planned property, which is currently still fallow, is intended to continue to offer the neighbourhood a passage to the Green Way. The "beaten path" that has emerged over time will be included in the planning. A lively, colourful planting of lavender and ornamental grasses generates a designed open space that brings nature directly to the door of the inhabitants - the sealed areas are kept as small as possible.
