Our welding engineer and materials specialist Professor Dr.-Ing. Wolf-Berend Busch and our plant manager Vitalij Pfeifer take care of the quality of the products produced. For precise controls, an in-house testing laboratory is available for X-ray fluorescence analysis, strength testing, roughness testing, leak testing, and even radiation testing. In addition, X-ray, ultrasound, electron microscopy and corrosion examinations are often carried out in the university laboratory of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Busch.

Research and development take place continuously with us!
Together with the Federal Institute for Materials Research (BAM), Berlin, and other testing institutes, we develop more cost-effective and high-performance heavy-duty fasteners for our customers.

This starts with the introduction of new stainless steels in the construction industry, such as the Lean Duplex stainless materials 1.4062, 1.4162, 1.4362 or 1.4482 and goes all the way to the programming of new planning and calculation programs: for example, for supporting structures or the thermal resistance behavior of stainless steel fasteners and insulation materials in the façade.
