MOSO® Angle Bracket Anchor WK-N

Wilhelm Modersohn GmbH & Co. KG

Description

The vertical loads of the curtain wall façade are transferred via angle bracket anchors, which are attached to the load-bearing reinforced concrete wall via a rail system. The angle bracket anchors are attached to the rail at a statically necessary distance and serve as the basis for the masonry of the facing shell. In addition, roll layers or lintel precast reinforced concrete elements can be fastened with slips via wire anchors below the bracket.

The following design variants for angle bracket anchors show examples of which types of construction are possible for different wall structures:

The MOSO® Bracket Anchor WK-N is the normal anchor for arrests with a continuous angle rail. With this anchor, complete support can also be implemented in the corner area with only one bracket type.

More Over

Many of the components for the MOSO® bracket anchors are already prefabricated. Only the gusset plate (middle sheet metal part) and the angular length have to be cut to suit the local fastening situation (wall distance, wall length, height position). Our high-performance laser systems (up to 6 kW) cut out the gusset plates in seconds, including position labeling. Wall distances of over 200 mm are possible due to increased thermal insulation: in addition to the MOSO® support brackets, air layer wire anchors are required on the basis of DIN EN 1996-2/NA with separate individual verification.
