The project was created as a cooperation between the offices HGA Henning Grahn Architektur, Marc Flick - Architekt BDA & Christian Stock.

In the multi-party residential building, a clear floor plan is planned. The spacious living area with large glazing merges with the garden, while small-scale ancillary rooms form a buffer zone to the neighbours. The asymmetrical position of the roof ridge clearly reflects this division. The roof covering and façade will be colour-coordinated in order to achieve a monolithic appearance that is as monolithic as possible. The heart of the new property is formed by three large oak trees, the crowns of which can be enjoyed from the incised roof terrace.
