In the city centre, the Turmcarrée combines various urban uses such as flexible office space, shops, residential and a high-class fitness and wellness studio. Located near the Zeil shopping mile and the Hauptwache traffic junction, the Eschenheimer tower is a modern new building. The façade of the six-storey new building is divided into a two-storey Base area with arcade as well as four upper floors with a staggered storey, which differs from the natural stone façade in design and material of the main building.
