The entire area consists of two construction phases. Construction phase one was the crèche and construction phase two the kindergarten. Both together form a harmonious overall concept of a daycare facility.
The two-storey crèche is entered via the recessed entrance area, to which the spacious, two-storey entrance hall is directly connected. A variety of uses take place here: distribution function, vertical development, direct access to the garden, waiting area for parents, information, and much more. At this central hub, the group wing is connected to the common area (staff rooms, multi-purpose room, ancillary rooms). The group rooms are all south-facing. The cloakroom zone with the adjoining toilets and dining rooms form the backbone of this part of the building. In front of the group and sleeping rooms is the covered terrace. There is also direct access from the upper floor to the garden via the external staircase. All lounges will have generous glazing. Low or no parapets offer the best possible view for the children. The additional glass doors, glass walls (partly satin-finished) and skylights (entrance hall) create a pleasant lighting situation in the cloakrooms and circulation areas.

At this central junction, there is also a connection to the crèche. The inner circulation is organised on two sides. The group rooms are all oriented towards the garden.
