In Erfurt's green city centre, Köster GmbH has built three multi-generational residential buildings with a total of 92 rental units as well as two nursing home communities including a 7,000 m² underground car park. In the spirit of sustainable construction, the buildings were erected with a continuous wooden façade and circumferential arcades, among other things. The combination of solid and timber construction brings economic and sustainable advantages together.
