The two buildings form differentiated outdoor spaces due to their staggered arrangement on the triangular site. A semi-public courtyard is being created towards the street as a prelude and meeting place, while two protected, private gardens are formed towards the stream. The flexible use of the small house complements the large house, which is designed as a compact, three-storey residential building. Two houses for family and neighbourhood, living and working, old and young in the course of their phases of life.
