The BraWoPark Business Center II in Braunschweig is a 20-storey high-rise office building in the area of the BraWoPark at Braunschweig train station. It was designed by the architectural firm Reichel + Stauth Architekten. The planning and implementation period is from 2012 to 2015.
The project has received several awards. In 2019, the high-rise building at the train station in Braunschweig was awarded the BDA Prize Lower Saxony 2019 out of almost 80 submitted works. In 2020, he was awarded and awarded the Peter Joseph Krahe Prize of the City of Braunschweig. From the jury's assessment: "The 20-storey high-rise has quickly become a new, self-confident part of Braunschweig's city skyline and stands as a striking sign of the transformation of the former post office area at the train station into a modern service centre for the city of Braunschweig. Due to its slender, elongated form, the urban effect of the building changes depending on the angle of view, thus creating interesting long-distance references. With its façade detailing, the house embodies a restrained elegance and makes a high-quality architectural contribution to Braunschweig's building culture."
