The house is as narrow as possible towards the street and then widens to the rear. In this way, the building fits into the settlement and yet creates space for a family of four. The roof and ceilings stand on load-bearing interior walls. The outer walls are largely freed from large loads. In this way, lightweight building blocks can be built around the house as an insulating layer.
