The two buildings form differentiated outdoor spaces due to their staggered arrangement on the triangular site. A semi-public courtyard will be created towards the street as a prelude and meeting place, and two sheltered, private gardens will form towards the stream. The flexible use of the small house complements the large house, which is designed as a compact, three-storey residential building. Two houses for family and neighborhood, living and working, old and young in the changing phases of life.
