In its typology, the new building follows the traditional nave. The main rooms occupy the entire width and are lined up lengthwise. The ends of the house are assigned to different functions: living area to the south, garage and storage rooms to the north.

The solid reinforced concrete base lifts the living spaces slightly above the grown hillside terrain. Large-format sliding doors open up the space to nature. The mixture of steel and wooden skeleton creates lightness and openness.

The gable roof accommodates the bedrooms and bathrooms and forms a covered outdoor space with east and west orientation on both long sides.
