Rapid cement for low-shrinkage and low-stress high-strength screeds

RHEORAPID® quick-release cement enables screed work to be carried out more cost-effectively, faster and more reliably than conventional mineral binders when high strengths, durability, moisture and weather stability are required.

RHEORAPID® can be used to produce super-fast industrial screeds in strength classes CT-C40 and C50, which, in combination with RHEODUR® system bonding bridge, adhere securely to concrete.

Thanks to dimensionally stable curing, RHEORAPID® rapid cement can also be used to produce highly resilient screeds of quality F6 and F7 reliably and with low shrinkage on insulation or separation layers in administrative and commercial buildings.

dynamically loadable industrial screeds for direct use in factory and assembly halls, driveways and loading ramps,
high-quality unheated and heated underlay screeds on insulation layer or separation layer in commercial and industrial buildings for all common floor coverings.
