The Zeisehof is centrally located in Hamburg's Ottensen district – a place whose very own, urban atmosphere thrives on diverse contrasts and on its history as an important industrial location in northern Germany. We encounter this dynamic, exciting place with a building whose architecture does not impose itself, which carefully blends into the lively context and yet does not disappear in it, but takes its place quite naturally with powerful calm and straightforward elegance. The clear architectural language of timeless, unagitated choice of materials and calmly structured façade design makes strong references to the history of the site and interprets the factory architecture of the adjacent Zeisehallen in its own and modern way. The heart of the building is the central atrium, which spans a foil cushion roof on a curved timber truss construction.

In this "common space", the network idea comes to life – creative people from different industries can network here and form synergies. The six-storey new building offers around 2000 square metres of open, flexible office space on each upper floor with excellent natural lighting and a good indoor climate. Access is guaranteed via four access cores, as well as walkways that run around the atrium and connect the office units with each other.
