Flexible, affordable, separable!

How can we plan today what we will need tomorrow? What role do our commercial buildings play in this and how much flexibility can we give them?

The "Mietpark 20" in the Westerwald offers maximum flexibility of use at 63×14 metres. Designed as a small-scale rental park with different unit sizes between 23 and 276 square metres, the hall structure offers various other usage scenarios with different usage sizes in terms of construction and structure.

The load-bearing structure in glulam is reduced to 12 columns, 4 Gerber girders and a cold roof. Filled with 36 sectional doors at the supporting structure level, the hall covers a good 900 square metres. The total construction time was only 4 months.

The hall is flexible in the long term, both structurally and functionally. It is by no means reduced to the usual small-scale layout of comparable facilities, because we cannot know today what tomorrow will bring.
