We are a specialist in the trade of assembly and fastening materials. More than 125,000 products are subject to our high quality standards. Screws, screw accessories, dowels, chemical-technical products, furniture and building fittings, tools, storage and removal systems as well as occupational safety are appreciated by professional users. Our goal is very simple: to make our customers' work easier through individual services, practical system solutions and a wide range of products.
We work with over 540,000 customers from trade, construction and industry in Germany. A huge number, but only if every single customer is the focus will we live up to our guiding principle: To each customer his Würth. With specially tailored solutions and offers, the 1-man craft business can concentrate on its actual work just as much as the globally active industrial company. Innovative solutions are created in direct interaction with our customers. In doing so, we rely on a mix of direct sales, brick-and-mortar retail and e-business. Around 3,200 permanent sales representatives personally support our customers in Germany on site. More than 470 sales outlets throughout Germany supply customers with immediate needs. E-business is becoming increasingly important for us, but it also means more than just offering an e-shop, but also e-procurement or apps such as Click & Collect.
