In 2021, the Lithodecor® brand was taken over by DAW SE and integrated into the STEINMANN GROUP. The company, which has been active nationally and internationally for over 25 years, is now part of the family-run façade specialist.

Lithodecor® Fassaden GmbH – within the Steinmann Group – has a qualified and experienced team of employees.

We offer you new and comprehensive expertise for the construction of rear-ventilated façades. Competencies that make it possible to turn a wide range of design ideas into reality where other systems reach their limits. The delivery plant in Netzschkau/Vogtland in Saxony is equipped with the latest and highest quality machines. This means that we have the best prerequisites to handle every order professionally and with the utmost customer satisfaction.

Quality means that the customer and not the goods come back! With our delivery plant, we have been a specialist in the production of rear-ventilated façade elements in a lightweight construction system for over 25 years, with over 220000m² of elements already delivered and installed.

Advantages of our Lithodecor® systems:

FEATHER LIGHT: Thanks to our carrier plate, we guarantee a very low basis weight of all systems. 60% weight savings compared to conventional natural stone facades. DIVERSE DESIGN: We can create formats and shapes where other systems reach their limits. Format panels up to 7.7m² in size.

FAST ASSEMBLY: High degree of prefabrication, regardless of weather conditions and fast assembly due to modular and lightweight construction. Short scaffolding and construction times. VERSATILE FASTENING: Lithodecor® façade elements can be attached to the façade in a variety of ways. Due to a system substructure, only a few penetration points are required. Hardly any thermal bridges.

SAFE AND ROBUST: Our systems are produced in flame retardant (B1) or non-flammable (A2) according to requirements and requirements after approval. Furthermore, the lithodecor® elements offer highly effective impact and explosion protection due to their design (E5 classification according to DIN 14019)

OPTIMAL ENERGY BALANCE: Curtain-walled, thermally insulated façade systems can improve the energy balance of buildings and thus contribute to low maintenance and energy costs.

RESOURCE-SAVING: Litho-Stone® enables a more careful use of raw materials due to its special structure. Only a third of the raw material natural stone is needed. The lower dead weight of all Lithodecor® systems can also reduce the raw material requirements of the fastening structures.

RENOVATIONS: Lithodecor® façade systems are particularly suitable for low load-bearing capacities of the shell construction. In special cases, the reusability of natural stone is also possible (monument protection).
