In contrast to conventional honeycomb core composite panels, ALUCORE® is bonded in a continuous manufacturing process in a viscoelastic manner. This is the basis for high product quality: The material does not react as brittle, but viscoelastically and is characterized by unique peel adhesion values. Mechanical properties such as tensile strength of the cover plates on the one hand, processing and aesthetic features on the other hand therefore make ALUCORE® a preferred material for planners, architects and designers.
Technical Information
The continuous production process enables the production of panels up to 9m long with excellent flatness. Clean, structurally flawless details in a wide variety of applications can be easily achieved with common tools. Due to its special properties, ALUCORE® is not only ideal for exterior applications such as façade cladding, roof coverings, balconies, roofs, etc., but also for interior construction such as ceiling cladding or for the industrial sector.
In addition to its low weight and excellent flatness, ALUCORE® shines with its high weather resistance. With regard to surface treatment, only high-quality paint systems with optimal weather resistance and resistance to industrial emissions are used.
