HALFEN mortar anchor

HALFEN GmbH

Description

HALFEN mortar anchors are traditionally used to anchor façade panels made of natural or cast stone to the load-bearing shell made of concrete or masonry. The HALFEN UMA support anchors contain a variety of load stages. The corresponding HALFEN UHA retaining anchor is used to absorb wind loads. Due to their round load-bearing arm cross-section, HALFEN mortar anchors can be used in both horizontal and vertical joints.

More Over

HALFEN UMA

The HALFEN UMA mortar anchors are supporting anchors that can absorb both vertical and horizontal loads. Depending on the anchor design, cantilevers of up to 300 mm and loads of up to 4,000 N can be realized. The three-dimensional adjustability of the anchor is achieved via the borehole filled with cement mortar. The anchors are type-tested (design 1 and 2). Depending on the construction situation, the planner and installer have 6 different standard designs at their disposal.

HALFEN UHA

HALFEN UHA retaining anchors are used to absorb horizontal compression and tensile forces. The retaining anchor UHA is to be used in combination with UMA support anchors. The retaining anchor is mainly used in vertical joints and at edges and corners for parapet and parapet slabs. The anchor is type-tested and offers the user the same advantages as the UMA support anchor. Loads of up to 2,500 N can be transferred from it. The anchor is available in three standard designs.
