Optigrün Green Roof RETENTION ROOF MEANDER FKM 60

Description

The economical green roof system with permanent water storage and runoff delay

For extensive and simply intensive green roofs with permanent water storage and runoff delay, we recommend our green roof system RETENTIONSDACH MEANDER 60. The MEANDERING FKM 60 element is used as the drainage element. Part of the rainwater is permanently stored in it. At the same time, the runoff of the remaining rainwater is delayed by having to travel a longer flow path and being throttled at the outlet.

More Over

The MEANDER element FKM 60 thus ensures permanent water storage while at the same time delaying the runoff and thus reducing the peak runoff coefficient. Permanent water storage and delayed water runoff in combination with biodiversity and evaporation make the MEANDER 60 retention roof a very high-performance product.

The permanent water reservoir of over 17 l/m² allows for significantly more lush vegetation on the green roof. This contributes to an increase in biodiversity and an increase in evaporation performance. This promotes the cooling of the environment. which in turn has a positive influence on the urban climate.

The MEANDER 60 RETENTION ROOF is an intervention reduction measure within the framework of the intervention compensation regulation and meets the requirements of the FLL green roof guidelines.
