Application

KOROMINERAL is used for the impregnation of concrete or screed surfaces. KOROMINERAL is particularly suitable for mineral substrates such as screeds, cement-bonded industrial floors, in storage, production and cold rooms, etc. KOROMINERAL is embedded in the grinding process to consolidate and compact the pore structure.

The impregnation of freshly installed concrete or screed surfaces with KOROMINERAL should be carried out at the earliest after the surface has dried. Irritations or colour deviations in the surface of the floors are not concealed by the application of KOROMINERAL.

• Substrate: The substrate must be dry, firm, clean, absorbent and free of oil, grease and other contaminants that act as release agents. Wet cleaning of the surface, e.g. by means of automatic cleaning machines, must be carried out immediately before application with KOROMINERAL.

• Processing: KOROMINERAL is delivered ready to use. It is applied undiluted in a single operation until saturation. Processing is carried out, for example, with a rubber scraper and then by unrolling in a cross aisle with a short-pile lambskin roller. Excess material must be carefully removed. Avoid puddling. For residue-free removal, we recommend wet cleaning of the floor with clear water (cleaning machines) after application (approx. 30 minutes). In order to capture the respective different local conditions, it is recommended to create a sample area.

Store in a dry and frost-free container in the sealed original container. Close opened containers immediately. Shelf life approx. 12 months.
