Description

The profile for walls and cantilevered ceilings in drywall. Cold-formed sheet steel profiles with a C-shaped cross-section in accordance with EN 14195, primarily for use as stud profiles of assembly walls, but also as a load-bearing profile for cantilevered ceilings.

H-shaped punches are attached for the passage of electrical cables.

Scope

of application For use as a stud profile of mounting walls, but also as a support profile of cantilevered ceilings.
It can be used both as a single profile or as a double profile (2 CW profiles bolted to each other on the web side).

Technical Information

Column profile:

1) Cut to length using sheet metal shears.

2) Setting in the edge profiles.

3) Alignment at the required center distance.

4) Depending on the system, a mechanical-constructive connection with the edge profiles (e.g. crimpering/screwing) may be required.

Load-bearing profile:

1) Cutting to length using sheet metal shears.

2) Insert into the edge profiles.

3) Alignment at the required center distance.

4) Depending on the system, a mechanical-constructive connection with the edge profiles (In the case of ceiling systems, cramping/screwing with the edge profiles is required.)
