The round arches above the windows were prefabricated without exception as prefabricated elements in GIMA's in-house factory. For this purpose, the brick specialist from Marklkofen produced lintel shells with clinker slips in the same colour as the format of the façade clinker bricks. The dovetail toothing, which is standard on precast slips from GIMA, ensures an extremely durable mechanical bond between the stone and the concrete core.
