  • layer against residual moisture from concrete ceilings

Design

The rolled out panels are laid with 10 cm overlap at the longitudinal and head butt. The bonding to the longitudinal joints takes place after removing both film strips by pressing the joint. Headbutts are sealed with self-adhesive Katja Sprint connection strips. Connections to rising components can also be made with the Katja Sprint connection strip.

The bonding ability of the longitudinal joint and the Katja Sprint connection strip is adjusted in such a way that immediate correction of the bonding is possible. The adhesive strength continues to increase over time and under load, creating a firm and tight bond. At low temperatures, the development of the adhesive strength can be accelerated by using a hot air gun.

The waterproofing membrane is brought closer to the wall barrier membrane in such a way that no moisture bridges (e.g. plaster bridges) are created.
