Technical Information

For

fastening the substructure of suspended ceilings in the vernier system.

The connection of the upper and lower parts by means of a vernier cotter pin (1 each) or vernier clamp (2 each) creates a particularly secure and load-bearing connection.

  • With the vernier suspension, the basic profiles of suspended ceilings can be suspended very safely.
  • Knauf's vernier suspension is the right choice for fire protection requirements in particular due to its high load-bearing capacity and the possibility of screwing the hanger and profile.

  1. If necessary, place the vernier connector in between and also attach it with a cotter pin or clamp.
  2. Insert the vernier hanger lower part into CD 60/27 profile.
