We can produce all clinker products in your desired colour and format. We always produce prefabricated clinker elements together with the classic clinker bricks for a project. This guarantees a uniform look in the colour scheme.
We manufacture the façade exclusively on a project-by-project basis and therefore coordinate the colour with you personally until your exact idea is met. GIMA clinker bricks for precast elements are produced exclusively with dovetail toothing on the back. This particularly strong interlocking guarantees a 100% secure hold between the concrete core and the ceramic shell. They ensure an optimal mechanical bond between clinker and concrete and prevent structural damage.
The design of the building elements is carried out according to DIN 1045, according to type statics or individual static calculations. We reinforce non-load-bearing elements sufficiently constructively. We recommend that prefabricated brick and exposed masonry elements be included in the planning and tendering phase and included in the façade planning.
