Top 50 in detail

Depending on the expected load, the distances between the Doka H20 formwork girders (1) and the girders made of steel wall beams (2) are planned to be tighter or wider. The formlining (3) can be freely selected – for a wide variety of requirements. (see Fig. 2)

Formwork construction in the prefabricated service

The individual parts of the Top 50 can be quickly assembled into ready-to-use elements with simple fasteners: this saves assembly costs. Prefabrication in the prefabrication service ensures excellent quality of the elements for exact element joints and a first-class joint pattern, even with demanding geometries. If the number of applications is high, the use of the Top 50 large-area formwork is particularly worthwhile.

Due to the arbitrary formwork covering and adaptation to any building shape, the Large-area formwork Top 50 is particularly suitable for concrete with increased demands on the surface (fair-faced concrete).
