KORODUR Rapid Screed Dry-mix Mortar FSCem Screed

KORODUR Westphal Hartbeton GmbH & Co. KG

Description

Volume-stable quick-screed dry-mix mortar in accordance with DIN 18560 and DIN EN 13813

KORODUR FSCem Screed is a volume-stable quick-screed dry-mix mortar on a ternary basis for the production of fast-laying screeds for layer thicknesses up to 120 mm in accordance with DIN 18560 and DIN EN 13813 (quality CT-C40-F6).

More Over

Application

For the production of cement screeds that can be quickly covered, e.g. as a levelling screed up to a maximum layer thickness of 120 mm, indoors and outdoors:

  • on a separating layer
  • in a composite
  • on an insulating layer
  • as a heating screed

As a substrate for laying KORODUR/NEODUR hard material screeds, KORODUR exposed screeds, coatings, tiles, natural stone slabs, cast concrete slabs, parquet and laminate as well as elastic and textile coverings. KORODUR FSCem Screed is also suitable for repairing and renovating old concrete floors, for repairing cementitious substrates before screed installation, and for setting ground anchors and fence posts. KORODUR FSCem Screed must always be occupied.

Properties

  • : faster curing,
  • fast drying,
  • volume stable,
  • almost shrinkage and stress-free,
  • crack-free, hardening
  • ,
  • shortened construction time
  • ,
  • quickly usable and verifiable
  • , waterproof, suitable for wet rooms,
  • frost-resistant
  • ,
  • electrostatic, non-rechargeable
  • , non-flammable
  • ,
  • physiological and ecologically harmless,
  • pumpable

Processing

  • Mixing: Mix KORODUR FSCem Screed homogeneously with the specified amount of water in a suitable screed machine or compulsory mixer. Set stiff plastic consistency. When using screed compressed air conveyors, the recommended filling quantities of the respective machine manufacturer must be observed.
  • General processing instructions: KORODUR FSCem Screed Rapid Screed is quickly inserted, compacted, stripped and smoothed in an even layer thickness. For mechanical smoothing, only use hand-held single-disc smoothing machines. Prefer only as much area as can be processed within the processing time. Edge and movement joints are to be adopted. When laying in a composite, only the KORODUR HB 5/60 rapid system adhesive bridge is to be used, see data sheet. Higher temperatures shorten, lower temperatures increase processing time. For outdoor surfaces, in draughts or with low humidity, the rapid screed must be protected with foil to prevent it from drying out too quickly. The readiness for installation must be ensured by checking the residual moisture with the CM device.
  • Underfloor heating: Heating can be carried out from the third day after installation with a flow temperature of +25 °C. For further procedures and information, see the corresponding standards and leaflets, e.g. BEB leaflet "Interface coordination for surface heating and cooling systems in new buildings".

When

used as a composite screed, all joints in the load-bearing concrete must be adopted. The screed must be separated from rising components (walls, columns, etc.).
