Description

Mineral dry building material for cement-bound industrial floors in the bedding process

to improve surface hardness and increase wear resistance

NEODUR HE 3 is a ready-to-use, cement-bound dry building material for the production of industrial floors in the bedding process in accordance with DIN EN 13813, based on KORODUR hard materials in accordance with DIN 1100 (Group A and KS) in the qualities

  • NEODUR HE 3: based on KORODUR 0/4
  • NEODUR HE 3 SVS 3: based on KORODUR WH-Spezial

More Over

Application

For the production of heavy-duty industrial floors, e.g. multi-storey car parks, industrial halls, assembly halls, aircraft hangars, workshops, high-bay warehouses and other industrial areas with the highest loads. For indoor and outdoor use.

Sustainable construction

The use of NEODUR HE 3 increases energy and resource efficiency and conserves natural resources. A hard material industrial floor has an enormous durability. The service life is many times longer than with a pure concrete floor or with alternative industrial flooring systems. For further information, please contact the responsible KORODUR contact person.

Properties

  • : wear-resistant even under the heaviest loads
  • ,
  • lift-loader-resistant
  • , waterproof, suitable for wet rooms,
  • non-slip, anti-slip,
  • electrostatic, non-rechargeable
  • ,
  • chloride-free,
  • physiologically and ecologically harmless
  • , consistent quality due to quality assurance in accordance with DIN EN 13813

Processing

  • Substrate: The load-bearing concrete must be produced at least as C 25/30 in accordance with DIN EN 206 (Attention: no use of air-void concrete!). Produce the surface in a height-appropriate manner within the tolerance limit according to DIN 18202. For intermediate post-treatment of the load-bearing concrete, we recommend the product KOROCURE (see data sheet). The fresh load-bearing concrete that has just been walked on is rubbed off with a plate smoothing machine.
  • Processing: Apply NEODUR HE 3 dry and evenly (e.g. with a bedding trolley). After moistening, rub the applied NEODUR HE 3 with the plate trowel. Another analogous application can be made as long as the dry building material is completely soaked. The surface must then be removed in a timely manner using a plate smoothing machine to close the pores and smooth according to the required surface structure (leaf troweling machine). If steel fibre concrete is used, NEODUR HE 3 can also be mechanically applied with a spreader immediately after the fresh concrete has been installed. Subsequent steps for compaction and smoothing as described above.

Aftertreatment

Different temperatures influence the solidification or hardening process. NEODUR HE 3 must be protected from drying out too quickly in accordance with DIN EN 13670 / DIN 1045-3. For post-treatment of NEODUR hard material litter, we recommend the products KOROMINERAL CURE or KOROTEX (see data sheets). If subsequent surface treatment, coating or markings are planned, the post-treatment should only be carried out with film.

Joints

The joint grid must be specified by the planner.
