More Over

Application

For force-fit grouting work, e.g. for anchor and assembly holes, for casting machines, turbines, crane runway rails, steel and concrete supports, railing posts, pipe penetrations and heavy-duty gutters for traffic areas. NEODUR grouting mortars/concrete are suitable for the highest dynamic and static loads due to their final strengths.

Properties

:
  • highly flowable, shrink-free
  • ,
  • high early and final strength
  • ,
  • good adhesion to concrete and steel
  • , resistant to frost and de-icing salt
  • ,
  • impermeable to water,
  • chloride-free,
  • easy to mix
  • ,
  • pumpable
  • for indoor and outdoor

use

  • Substrate: For a force-fit bond, the substrate must be crack-free, even, free of loose parts, dust, cement sludge, oils and greases. Pre-wet the substrate thoroughly, avoid puddling.
  • Processing: Mix NEODUR grouting mortar/concrete as a complete container with the prescribed amount of water for approx. 3 minutes with a suitable forced mixer or with agitator (approx. 400 rpm). The grouting must be free of cavities and without interruption of work. Care must be taken to ventilate. NEODUR grouting mortar/concrete can be conveyed with commercially available screw and concrete pumps.

Aftertreatment

Different temperatures influence the solidification or hardening process. NEODUR grouting mortars/concrete must be protected against rapid drying out in accordance with DIN EN 13670 / DIN 1045-3.

25

  • kg special paper packaging (NEODUR VM 1, VM 3, VM 5 and VB 8)
  • loose as silo goods (NEODUR VM 1, VM 3 and VM 5)
  • Big bag (NEODUR VM 1, VM 3 and VM 5)

Storage

Store in a dry place like cement. Shelf life approx. 12 months.
