NEODUR AM Super and AM Plus are factory-manufactured, ready-to-use, shrink-free anchor mortars for the force-fit anchoring of all types of rock bolts in mining and tunnelling, for floor, butt and ridge.

Application

NEODUR anchor mortars are pumpable and adhere overhead in vertical boreholes, even in difficult rocks, even without aids. NEODUR anchor mortars are suitable for nailing slope and rock stabilization as well as for use in precast assembly, e.g. for plugging or filling steel door frames.

Processing

Mix NEODUR Anchor mortar as a complete container with the prescribed amount of water for approx. 3 minutes with a suitable compulsory mixer and mix with a suitable piston or Fill the screw pump into the anchor borehole using a delivery hose. After the filling process, the anchor is inserted.

Storage

Store in a dry place like cement. Shelf life approx. 6 months.
