CEMENT ALL Multi-Repair Mortar

KORODUR Westphal Hartbeton GmbH & Co. KG

Description

mineral, multifunctional quick-repair mortar

for layer thicknesses from "0" - 100 mm

Rapid Set CEMENT ALL is a mineral, multifunctional quick-repair mortar based on special cement technology. Ideal where fast strength, durability and low-shrinkage curing are required. CEMENT ALL can be processed in layer thicknesses of almost "0" - 100 mm. Start of solidification after approx. 15 minutes, loadable in approx. 1 hour. CEMENT ALL is comparable in appearance to Portland cement building materials and can be processed in a similar way.

More Over

Application

CEMENT ALL is a multifunctional quick-repair mortar suitable for concrete repair, grouting work, anchoring and grouting work, filling, formwork work and pavement repairs. Can be used indoors and outdoors, even in wet areas.

Sustainable construction

The use of CEMENT ALL reduces the CO2 footprint, increases energy and resource efficiency and conserves natural resources. The production of Rapid Set cement requires 30% less CO2 emissions than conventional Portland cement. • Multifunctional for
  • repair and new construction
  • Horizontal and vertical
  • Installation thickness "0" - 100 mm
  • Faster curing, loadable after approx. 1 hour after the end of solidification
  • High strength
  • Low stress
  • Mineral
  • durable
  • Frost / de-icing salt resistant
  • Sulphate resistant
  • Chloride-free
  • Resistant to many chemical attacks
  • Excellent adhesion: direct, without adhesive bridge
  • Aftertreatment only with water
  • inside and outside
  • High storage stability Processing

  • Substrate: Clean the substrate, remove loose components, cement sludge, dust, acids, oil and grease. For a force-fit composite, the surface must be crack-free, even, rough and open-pored. The surface tensile strengths required in the regulations must be observed (1 N/mm2 must not be less than 1 N/mm2). Before processing, the substrate must be thoroughly pre-wetted. In the case of highly absorbent surfaces, pre-wetting may have to be repeated several times*. A film of water or puddles should be avoided. * If necessary, an acrylate-based primer must be integrated.
  • Processing: Sufficient personnel and suitable equipment or tools should be available before the work begins. Mix CEMENT ALL with the specified amount of water for approx. 1 - 3 minutes in a suitable forced mixer or agitator, depending on the type of processing. To mix, first add water to the mixing container. Then add CEMENT ALL while the mixer or stirring whisk is running. If less water is added, the strengths increase, whereby the maximum water addition must NOT be exceeded. CEMENT ALL can be processed using conventional methods. Finishing should be done as soon as possible. CEMENT ALL can be smoothed, rubbed or textured. Installation should be carried out in a complete layer, i.e. not in layers and as evenly as possible. No installation on frozen surfaces. During compaction, air voids should be prevented as far as possible. At temperatures > 20 °C, the processing time is shortened, at temperatures < 20 °C, the development of strength can be delayed. To extend the processing time, Rapid Set SET CONTROL (retardant) or Rapid Set FLOW CONTROL (plasticizer) for increased flowability, as well as the additive FAST to accelerate the setting time, can be added (see CONCRETE PHARMACY data sheet).

After-treatment

with water must be carried out immediately as soon as the surface has lost its damp shine and should be carried out repeatedly within one hour until the product has reached sufficient strength. If longer setting times occur, if temperatures are too low or if a retardant agent is used, longer post-treatment times may be necessary.

Delivery form

  • 25 kg paper special packaging
  • 5 kg plastic container

Storage

Store in a dry place like cement. Shelf life approx. 12 months.
