Application

For the inner lining of new drinking water pipes, tanks or for pipe repair and other trades. Excellent processing and performance properties due to special composition.

MICROTOP TW BM can be easily applied in centrifug, spraying and manual application.

MICROTOP TW BM can also be used as an adhesive bridge for floor coatings and as corrosion protection.

Processing

• Substrate: The load-bearing substrate must be prepared. For a force-fit composite, the surface must be crack-free, even, free of loose and crumbly components and ultra-fine mortar enrichments, as well as rough and open-pored. Then pre-wet.

• Processing: Mix MICROTOP TW BM as a complete container with the prescribed amount of water for approx. 3 minutes with a slow-running forced mixer/whisk. MICROTOP TW BM can be processed using the dense phase process or by hand.

Aftertreatment

Different temperatures influence the solidification or hardening process. MICROTOP TW BM must be protected from drying out too quickly in accordance with DIN EN 13670 / DIN 1045-3.
