Application
For the levelling of uneven floors in a composite on cementitious substrates as a floor levelling compound before installation, e.g. of ceramic tiles and slabs, marble and natural stone slabs, PVC coverings, carpets in residential and industrial buildings and equally suitable for NEODUR Level industrial flooring (see data sheet). NEODUR Level AU must always be occupied.
The use of NEODUR Level AU reduces the CO2 footprint, increases energy and resource efficiency and conserves natural resources. The production of the binder requires 30% less CO2 emissions than conventional Portland cement. For further information, please contact the responsible KORODUR contact person.
Properties
Processing
Surface tensile strength:
requirements of DIN 18365 and DIN 18560 apply. Apply KORODUR PC primer to the prepared substrate, for processing see KORODUR PC data sheet.
Aftertreatment
Different temperatures influence the solidification or hardening process. Under normal conditions at 20 °C, no post-treatment is required. For outdoor installations, we recommend applying a fine water mist to the freshly set surface as soon as possible without damaging the surface. The aftercare with water should be continued for at least 1 hour. Excessively dry, windy, hot or sunny conditions should be avoided.
Joints
All joints in the substrate are to be taken over in the NEODUR Level AU levelling compound. NEODUR Level AU must be separated from rising components (walls, columns, etc.).
