KORODUR Hard Fabric WH Metallic

KORODUR Westphal Hartbeton GmbH & Co. KG

Description

metallic hard material for KORODUR industrial floors

KORODUR WH-metallic is a purely metallic hard material in accordance with DIN 1100 (Group M) for the production of cement-bound hard screeds in accordance with DIN 18560-7 and DIN EN 13813 as well as for the production of industrial floors in the bedding process in accordance with DIN 18560-3.

More Over

Application

For the production of highly stressed industrial floors, e.g. multi-storey car parks, industrial halls, assembly halls, aircraft hangars, workshops, high-bay warehouses and other industrial areas with the highest loads. Particularly suitable for heavy iron wheel traffic, crackling, hard setting down of sharp-edged workpieces, etc. For the production of so-called "tank screeds". For indoor and outdoor use.

Properties

  • : highly wear-resistant, even under the heaviest loads
  • ,
  • particularly shock-resistant
  • ,
  • high surface tightness
  • , resistant to gasoline, mineral oil, solvents
  • ,
  • lift-resistant
  • , waterproof, suitable for wet rooms,
  • non-slip, anti-slip,
  • frost and de-icing salt-resistant
  • ,
  • chloride-free
  • ,
  • physiologically and ecologically harmless
  • Consistent quality through quality assurance in accordance with DIN 1100

Processing

layer

When processing as a hard screed in accordance with DIN 18560-7, KORODUR WH metallic is mixed in the compulsory mixer for approx. 3 minutes, depending on the type of processing, according to the above mixing ratio with cement and, if necessary, additives and the addition of water. For further processing, see the corresponding sections Substrate, Processing, Post-Treatment and Joints according to data sheet NEODUR HE 65.

For

processing in the bedding method in accordance with DIN 18560-3/4, KORODUR WH metallic is mixed dry according to the above mixing ratio. For further processing, see the corresponding sections Substrate, Processing, Finishing and Joints according to data sheet NEODUR HE 3.

Aftertreatment

Different temperatures influence the solidification or hardening process. The KORODUR hard coating must be protected from drying out too quickly in accordance with DIN EN 13670 / DIN 1045-3. For post-treatment of the KORODUR hard coating, we recommend the products KOROMINERAL CURE or KOROTEX (see data sheets). If subsequent surface treatment, coating or markings are planned, the post-treatment should only be carried out with film.

Joints

The joint grid must be specified by the planner. All joints in the hardened load-bearing concrete are to be taken over in the hard material layer. The hard screed must be separated from rising components (walls, columns, etc.).

Delivery form

50 kg paper special packaging

Storage

Store in a dry place.
