Application
For the production of highly stressed industrial floors, e.g. multi-storey car parks, industrial halls, assembly halls, aircraft hangars, workshops, high-bay warehouses and other industrial areas with the highest loads. Particularly suitable for heavy iron wheel traffic, crackling, hard setting down of sharp-edged workpieces, etc. For the production of so-called "tank screeds". For indoor and outdoor use.
Properties
Processing
layer
When processing as a hard screed in accordance with DIN 18560-7, KORODUR WH metallic is mixed in the compulsory mixer for approx. 3 minutes, depending on the type of processing, according to the above mixing ratio with cement and, if necessary, additives and the addition of water. For further processing, see the corresponding sections Substrate, Processing, Post-Treatment and Joints according to data sheet NEODUR HE 65.
For
processing in the bedding method in accordance with DIN 18560-3/4, KORODUR WH metallic is mixed dry according to the above mixing ratio. For further processing, see the corresponding sections Substrate, Processing, Finishing and Joints according to data sheet NEODUR HE 3.
Aftertreatment
Different temperatures influence the solidification or hardening process. The KORODUR hard coating must be protected from drying out too quickly in accordance with DIN EN 13670 / DIN 1045-3. For post-treatment of the KORODUR hard coating, we recommend the products KOROMINERAL CURE or KOROTEX (see data sheets). If subsequent surface treatment, coating or markings are planned, the post-treatment should only be carried out with film.
Joints
The joint grid must be specified by the planner. All joints in the hardened load-bearing concrete are to be taken over in the hard material layer. The hard screed must be separated from rising components (walls, columns, etc.).
