HALFEN façade panel anchors and accessories

HALFEN façade panel anchors enable the simple and fast anchoring of a concrete façade slab to a concrete base course. The façade panel anchors approved by the building authorities consist of a built-in part to be concreted into the façade slab, an assembly part consisting of perforated tape and threaded rod and a stirrup/raw component for anchoring in the base course.

Stirrups/structural components are offered in 5 different designs, which are especially suitable for anchoring to walls or attics. All system parts are made of stainless steel.

The façade panel anchor system is available in load levels from 5.0 – 56 kN and is characterised by its good adjustability in all directions. For the transmission of compressive forces and for adjusting the distance between the walls, the use of a type-tested DS pressure screw is recommended.

Furthermore, wind anchors made of plastic or stainless steel, tension connectors, HKZ lugs and air-gap swivel anchors complete the product range.

With the new HALFEN FPA-SL30 fastening system, thin, large-format concrete facades with a thickness of only 30mm can now also be fixed.
