Andreas Merk, owner and founder of TRENDZEMENT® GmbH, has been working with concrete and concrete-look surfaces for 11 years now. The trained master carpenter gained his first experience with surfaces in concrete and concrete optics in stage construction and deepened his knowledge through a wide range of projects in shopfitting. Starting with objects truly cast in concrete, to filigree concrete slabs for tables and work areas, the layers became thinner and thinner and the surfaces more and more noble.
