THE DOSER COMPANY TODAY
Today, Zimmerei Doser is managed by Christoph Doser in the second generation. The master carpenter and construction technician also has an additional qualification for the preparation of structural engineering certificates. In the commercial area, he is supported by his sister, business economist (FH) Annika Doser.
With a well-qualified team of employees, Doser can offer a wide range of timber construction work in very good quality. Modern construction technology, building physics and statics are kept in mind, traditional timber construction methods as well as ultra-modern design timber construction are carried out.
You will receive individual construction advice, planning and execution from a single source.
Great importance is attached to natural building and insulation materials. Doser has been working consistently with natural building materials since 1984. Since the second generation has already grown up with it, it is quite natural that this path will be pursued.
In today's world, when more and more people suffer from allergies and intolerances to the chemicals used unnecessarily in all areas of life, you will find sound and experienced advice on how to reduce the pollution in your dream home to a minimum.
HISTORY
Reinhard Doser studied construction technology as a trained bricklayer and carpenter in Munich and passed the exam as a construction technician and master carpenter in 1983. In 1984, he also passed the master mason examination and completed his building biology studies in Rosenheim, which he completed as one of the first certified building biologists in Neubeuren. He called the carpentry business founded in the same year The Healthy House. At the same time, he started the regional representation for Isofloc cellulose insulation for Bavaria and also took over the installation of the insulation.
His in-depth knowledge of building physics in theory and practice soon made him a sought-after insulation specialist, providing advice and support to many delicate renovation projects such as churches, castles and historic buildings, e.g. in Rothenburg o. d. Tauber and also beyond the German borders. As a trainer for Isofloc blow-in insulation in Kassel, he was able to pass on his knowledge to hundreds of international entrepreneurs.
Also in 1984, he built the first wooden house with the carpentry shop. In the absence of approved, standardised natural building materials, it was still necessary to improvise with a lot of pioneering spirit and risk. The amazingly good results of this construction method, which was quickly further developed in cooperation with like-minded colleagues, soon encouraged natural building material manufacturers to further develop and research their products with test certificates and approvals. Reinhard Doser was always at the forefront of this revolutionization of building materials, developing and researching insulation systems made of soft wood fibers for sound and thermal insulation. He is the holder of various patents and even received a silver medal for the profile idea for his soft wood fibre boards at the International Inventors' Fair in Geneva in 1998.
In June 2012, after several years of joint management, Christoph Doser took over sole responsibility for the carpentry business. Of course, Reinhard Doser will continue to be available to the company as a consultant with his technical experience.
