Young entrepreneurs with long experience – No contradiction!
TOP-Sport GmbH Sporthallinnenausbau was founded in 1996 by the two managing directors of the shareholders, the businessman Thomas Hinz and the graduate engineer Ludger Peitzmeier.
At the time of the foundation, both shareholders already had many years of experience in the field of sports hall interior design; be it in the areas of research and development, construction management, sales and scheduling. This experience has been expanded in recent years, so that today TOP Sport stands as a leading provider in sports hall interior design for excellent consulting, renovation and planning of sports halls as well as innovative concepts and outstanding quality.
In close cooperation with suppliers, customers and athletes, TOP Sport has been able to celebrate great successes in recent years, especially in the field of research and development of new sports flooring systems - today a unique sports flooring system is in the range that makes installation child's play.
Due to the continuous growth of the company in recent years, our team for effective order processing and competent advice to our customers has steadily expanded - and we continue to grow. Our team currently consists of around 40 employees: active in the areas of construction management, accounting, bid processing, marketing and assembly - all with many years of professional experience and a correspondingly long service with the company.
Since 2013 we have moved to our new office at Ludwig-Erhard Straße 1, 33397 Rietberg. Here we have our own prefabrication and storage facilities on a good 1000 m² production area. Our administration is located in the 300 m² new office building.

We want to further expand our innovative lead and put it into practice technologically. In doing so, we put our entire expertise at the service of the customer - from the first meeting with a needs analysis to the creation of an overall concept with a holistic solution. With this full-service concept, we build an open, trusting and cooperative partnership with our customers and partners.
In order to achieve these goals, we are not only involved in trade associations and standards committees, but also work closely with our suppliers and take appropriate paths in corporate management.
