Zanderroth

Dunckerstraße 63
10439 Berlin

zanderroth was founded in Berlin in 1999 by Sascha Zander and Christian Roth and has been developing residential buildings on all scales since then, from perimeter block closures to housing estates and urban expansions. zanderroth became known for architecturally sophisticated and innovative housing projects in Berlin. In doing so, the office had to learn that an understanding of the entire value chain of a property is necessary for an optimal result. Therefore, in addition to the quality of life, quality and sustainability in all scales, feasibility and financing are equally the focus of zanderroth's work.

The architecture of zanderroth has been awarded numerous national and international prizes. The office has currently completed the lightweight concrete building in Magazinstraße, Berlin and is working on the residential quarter on the Rhine in Zollhafen Mainz, on the joint building project in Langhansstraße in Berlin-Weißensee and on the residential quarter in Berg am Laim, Munich, among others.
